- 40 wonton wrappers
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Garnish: thinly sliced green onions and ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 20 muffin cups with nonstick spray.

Layer 2 wonton wrappers into each cup, offsetting them as opposed to stacking them. Lightly spray with nonstick spray. Bake 6-8 minutes, until just beginning to brown.

Meanwhile in a medium skillet, warm chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo wing sauce and half of the shredded cheese.

Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to scoop chicken mixture into each prepared wonton cup. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake another 6-8 minutes, until warmed through and golden brown.

Serve with drizzled ranch dressing and sliced green onions, if desired.
