- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen meatballs
- 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 (13.8 ounce) tubes refrigerated pizza crust
- 11 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut into thirds
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Cooked spaghetti noodles, optional
-
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line both baking sheets with parchment paper.
-
Simmer meatballs and sauce in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until warmed through, about 5-8 minutes.
-
Unroll the pizza crust and use your hands to shape into a 12-inch circle. Cut into 16 triangles.
-
Place 1/3 slice of Mozzarella cheese on each triangle. Top with a sauce-covered meatball. Roll up starting with the wide end of the triangle and working toward the tip. Place on cookie sheet with the tip down.
-
Repeat with remaining pizza dough to create a total of 32 meatball bites.
-
Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
-
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
Serve as an appetizer with remaining spaghetti sauce for dipping; or serve as a main dish over cooked spaghetti noodles with remaining sauce.
