- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 mini naan bread
- ½ cup refried black beans
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Optional Toppings: Lettuce, diced tomato, cilantro, avocado, tortilla strips, lime wedges

Marinate chicken in taco seasoning and olive oil.

Grill or cook chicken until cooked through, until the center of the chicken is at least 165°F.

Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into bite sized pieces.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place mini naan bread on prepared baking sheet.

Spread 2 tablespoons refried black beans over each piece of naan. Evenly distribute diced chicken over naan and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with desired toppings.
