Naan Taco Pizzas

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 mini naan bread
- ½ cup refried black beans
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Optional Toppings: Lettuce, diced tomato, cilantro, avocado, tortilla strips, lime wedges
Instructions
For the chicken
- Marinate chicken in taco seasoning and olive oil.
- Grill or cook chicken until cooked through, until the center of the chicken is at least 165°F.
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into bite sized pieces.
For the pizzas
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place mini naan bread on prepared baking sheet.
- Spread 2 tablespoons refried black beans over each piece of naan. Evenly distribute diced chicken over naan and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with desired toppings.
