- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: diced bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.
- 4 strips bacon (or substitute crumbled breakfast sausage or diced ham)
- 4 mini naan bread (or pita bread)
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese

Heat oven to 350°F.

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Scramble eggs in skillet with vegetables over medium heat.

Cook bacon and crumble into small pieces.

Place mini naan bread on prepared baking sheet.

Spoon scrambled eggs over naan, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
