Oreo Mug Cake
This mug cake is a perfectly gooey, chocolatey dessert for one. Because it takes just minutes to make, you can spoil yourself with this sweet treat after any meal!

Equipment
- 8-10 ounce microwave-safe mug
Ingredients
- 5 chocolate, cream-filled sandwich cookies
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- Optional: Whipped topping and mini cookies for topping
Instructions
- Place 4 cookies into an 8-10 ounce microwave-safe mug.
- Use a fork to break the cookies into crumbs.
- Add cocoa, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir.
- Add vanilla extract and milk. Stir well to combine.
- Place the last cookie on top of the cake batter and press down so the cookie is just submerged in the batter.
- Microwave for 1 minute on high power. Check the edges for doneness. Microwave an additional 15-30 seconds, if necessary.
- Let rest for 1-2 minutes. Cake will be very hot.
- Serve with whipped topping and mini cookies, if desired.
