  • Place six of the pancakes onto the prepared pan and brush with half of the maple syrup.

  • On each of the six maple syrup-glazed pancakes, add a sausage patty, an egg and a slice of cheese.

  • Brush the remaining six pancakes with the rest of the syrup and place syrup side down to top the sandwiches.

  • Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Try changing it by trying this with different meats (sliced ham or bacon) or different cheeses (Pepper Jack or Smoked Provolone).

Add vegetables such as spinach for a little extra color and nutrition.

Try using waffles instead of pancakes for a different texture.
