Ingredient List
Ingredients :
  • 12-count package slider buns
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 36 pepperoni slices
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, or use spray butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a greased 13×9 baking dish, place bottoms of slider buns. Spray lightly with cooking spray and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until light golden brown.

  • Remove from oven. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the toasted buns.

  • Evenly spoon the pizza sauce over the cheese.

  • Arrange 3 pepperoni slices on each slider.

  • Top pepperoni with remaining mozzarella cheese.

  • Finish with slider bun tops.

  • Brush melted butter over tops of sliders or generously spray tops with spray butter. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese on top.

  • Bake 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.

Recipe Notes
  • Toasting the bottom half of the slider buns before assembling helps prevent the bottom buns from getting soggy from the pizza sauce.

  • Try adding cooked ground sausage, sautéed onions or peppers, black olives, or any of your other favorite pizza toppings.

  • Freezer Option: Assemble sliders but do not bake. Double wrap in foil and freeze sliders in the pan. To serve, thaw completely in the refrigerator and then follow baking instructions in the recipe

  • You can make this recipe with Hawaiian rolls, but the slider buns suggested in the recipe are larger and the ingredients are proportioned for the larger slider buns.
