- Nonstick cooking spray
- Small bowl

Ingredients
- 1 can (10 ounces) Green Enchilada sauce
- ¾ cup Salsa Verde
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
- 4 10-inch Flour tortillas
- 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
Making the Smothered Burritos
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 11x7 baking dish and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix enchilada sauce and salsa verde. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in ½ cup sauce mixture, cumin and chili powder.
- Spoon 2/3 cup beef mixture across center of each tortilla. Top with 3 tablespoons cheese. Fold bottom and side of tortilla over filling and roll up. Place in prepared baking dish.
- Pour remaining sauce mixture over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes. Serve.
