Ingredients
- 1 – 13.8 ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water, divided
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 egg yolk
- Coarse salt
Instructions
For the pretzel bites
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza crust and cut into 5 columns and 12 rows, creating 60 little pieces. Roll each piece into a cylinder shape and place on the parchment paper seam-side down.
- In a small bowl, add 1 cup of the water and the baking soda and stir to combine. Dip each pretzel bite into the water mixture and place it back on the baking sheet.
- In another small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and remaining 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the egg wash over each pretzel bite and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with beer cheese dip.
