- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 – 3.4 ounce box instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 egg
- 2 ¼ cups whipped topping
- Colored sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, egg and whipped topping; stir until smooth.

Drop by large spoonfuls into a bowl of colored sprinkles; use a spoon to get sprinkles on all sides of the ball of dough (dough will be sticky!).

Place sprinkle-coated cookie dough balls onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a very light golden-brown color around the edges of the cookies.
