Toasted BLT Wraps
These Toasted BLT Wraps are a fun alternative to the classic sandwich. They are loaded with bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and ranch dressing, then wrapped up in a whole wheat flour tortilla.

Equipment
- Large skillet
- Nonstick cooking spray or spray butter
Ingredients
- 6 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas, room temperature
- ½ cup ranch salad dressing
- 3 cups chopped lettuce
- 1½ chopped tomatoes, (about 2 medium)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 18 precooked bacon slices, warm if desired
Instructions
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spread about 1 ½ tablespoons ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla. Divide lettuce, tomatoes and cheese evenly among all tortillas.
- Tear or cut 3 slices of bacon into smaller pieces, as desired, and arrange on top of the other ingredients in each wrap. Fold in ends of tortilla and then roll up.
- Lightly spray the outsides of each wrap with nonstick spray or spray butter. Toast in preheated skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
- The wrap should heat very quickly to brown and toast the outside without warming the filling.
- Remove from the pan and serve. Repeat toasting process with the remaining wraps.
Notes
 Prefer your wrap chilled? Just skip the toasting step!
