- 6 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup wheat germ
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
To make the pancakes:

Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients and store in an air tight container.
- When ready to use the pancake mix, preheat electric griddle to 325°F or a nonstick skillet over medium-low.
