- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 – 21 ounce can apple pie filling
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Caramel sauce for dipping

Spoon about ¼ cup of the apple pie filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.

In a small bowl, use a fork to combine the egg and water to make an egg wash.

Brush the egg wash on the outside edges of the wrapper and fold according to the package instructions on the egg roll wrappers.

Heat 1 ½ inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet to 350F.

Once the oil is hot, fry 4 egg rolls at a time for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown; remove from the oil.

In a shallow dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon.

Place the hot egg rolls into the cinnamon sugar mixture and coat on all sides.

Serve warm with caramel sauce.
