Ingredient List
For the recipe:
  • 12 ounces Spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 16 ounces frozen fully-cooked meatballs
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
For the Pasta
  • In a large pot, cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain; reserving ½ cup pasta water.

  • Transfer drained pasta to 13×9 baking dish, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Toss pasta with olive oil, minced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

  • Arrange meatballs over the top of pasta. Top with pasta sauce and reserved pasta water. Gently toss until meatballs and pasta are fully coated with sauce.

  • Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

  • Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to bake.

  • To bake, remove from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature while preheating oven to 350o. Bake covered for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
