Ingredient List
For the pockets:
  • 1 package (6-count) whole wheat pita bread
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 24 slices precooked bacon, cut in half
  • 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium avocados, diced
Instructions
For the sandwiches
  • Cut pita breads in half and open the pockets.

  • Spoon mayonnaise evenly among pitas, spreading inside.

  • Fill each pita half with about 4 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, 1/3 cup lettuce, and a few chunks of avocado; dividing remaining ingredients evenly among pitas.

  • Serve immediately.
