Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 packets dry ranch seasoning mix
- 6 Whole Wheat hamburger buns

Instructions
Making the Cheddar Ranch Burgers
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, cheese, and ranch seasoning mix using your hands.
- Shape beef mixture into 6 patties of equal size and thickness.
- Grill patties over direct high heat, turning once, for about 8-10 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 140°F -145°F for a medium burger or 150°F - 155°F for a medium-well burger.
- Serve warm on hamburger buns with your choice of condiments and dressing.
