Frozen Lemonade Dessert

Equipment

  • 13 x 9 x 2 pan with lid

Ingredients

  • 50 butter crackers (such as Ritz)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • (13 ½ ounce) tub cool whip, thawed
  • 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • sprinkles

Instructions

For the Crust

  • Add crackers to gallon size sealable bag. Crush crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
  • Add granulated sugar and melted butter to bag and combine.
  • Reserve ½ cup of the crumb mixture.
  • Pat the rest of the crumb mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

For the Filling

  • Add filling ingredients into large bowl and mix until combined.
  • Pour mixture on top of crust and spread evenly throughout the pan.
  • Evenly sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over the top of filling.
  • If desired, add sprinkles to top of filling for festive flair!
  • Freeze until firm. Cut into 3 rows and 6 columns to serve by the slice.
