- 13 x 9 x 2 pan with lid
Ingredients
- 50 butter crackers, such as Ritz
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
For the Crust
- Add crackers to gallon size sealable bag. Crush crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
- Add granulated sugar and melted butter to bag and combine.
- Reserve ½ cup of the crumb mixture.
- Pat the rest of the crumb mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
For the Filling
- Add filling ingredients into large bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour mixture on top of crust and spread evenly throughout the pan.
- Evenly sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over the top of filling.
- If desired, add sprinkles to top of filling for festive flair!
- Freeze until firm. Cut into 3 rows and 6 columns to serve by the slice.
