- Large skillet
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Large spatula
Ingredients
- 2 10-inch burrito size flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon cheese sauce (like Cheez-whiz)
- 2 ounces diced ham
- 3 large eggs, scrambled
- 2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
For the Breakfast Quesadillas
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spray one tortilla with nonstick spray and place spray-side down in heated skillet.
- Spread cheese sauce evenly over tortilla and sprinkle with diced ham.
- Sprinkle half of shredded cheese over ham.
- Evenly place scrambled eggs next and then top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Place second tortilla on top and spray top with nonstick spray.
- Cook 2-3 minutes until cheese begins to melt and bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Using a large spatula, carefully flip quesadilla.
- Cook another 2-3 minutes until other tortilla is golden brown.
- Remove from pan and let rest 2 minutes. Cut into 8 triangles and serve.
