Ingredient List
For the Breakfast Quesadillas:
  • 2 (10-inch) burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon cheese sauce (like Cheez-whiz)
  • 2 ounces diced ham
  • 3 large eggs, scrambled
  • 2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
For the Breakfast Quesadillas
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Spray one tortilla with nonstick spray and place spray-side down in heated skillet.

  • Spread cheese sauce evenly over tortilla and sprinkle with diced ham.

  • Sprinkle half of shredded cheese over ham.

  • Evenly place scrambled eggs next and then top with remaining shredded cheese.

  • Place second tortilla on top and spray top with nonstick spray.

  • Cook 2-3 minutes until cheese begins to melt and bottom tortilla is golden brown.

  • Using a large spatula, carefully flip quesadilla.

  • Cook another 2-3 minutes until other tortilla is golden brown.

  • Remove from pan and let rest 2 minutes. Cut into 8 triangles and serve.
