- 1 (13.8 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces sliced Canadian bacon
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
-
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray pizza pan and set aside.
-
On a lightly floured surface, gently stretch and flatten pizza dough into a 12-inch disk.
-
Transfer dough to the prepared pan. Pinch the edges to create a rim on the crust. This will help keep the toppings in place. Use your fingers to push dents into the surface of the dough to prevent bubbling.
-
Top the dough evenly with pizza sauce. Add half the cheese, then Canadian bacon slices and pineapple chunks, then remaining cheese.
-
Bake for 15-16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
-
Cut into 6 large pieces and serve.
