Overnight Cinnamon Monkey Bread

- Bundt® pan – 12 cup
- Small microwavable bowl
- Plastic wrap
- Aluminum foil
Ingredients
- 24 frozen dinner rolls
- 1 package butterscotch instant pudding mix
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
The night before
- Spray Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange frozen dinner rolls evenly in bottom of Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle with butterscotch pudding mix.
- Stir melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together. Drizzle over frozen rolls.
- Prepare a piece of plastic wrap to cover Bundt cake pan by spraying non-stick cooking spray on one side of plastic wrap before placing over Bundt cake pan.
- Allow Bundt cake pan to set at room temperature overnight.
the morning of baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove plastic wrap from Bundt cake pan.
- Place a piece of aluminum foil under Bundt cake pan and put into the oven.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until rolls are slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and turn Bundt cake pan over onto large platter. Remove Bundt cake pan and monkey bread should remain on the platter. Serve warm.
