- 6 large eggs, divided
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 12 slices deli ham (about 8 ounces)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 bakery croissants (about 1.75 ounces each)
- 8 slices cooked bacon, cut in half

Preheat 6-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.

In a small bowl, whisk 3 eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into heated skillet and allow to cook without stirring. Flip egg patty carefully to cook on second side. Using the spatula, cut egg patty in half and fold each half to form fourths. Lay a slice of Swiss cheese over eggs and allow it to melt. Leaving eggs in the pan, heat 6 ham slices on the other side of the pan for about 1-2 minutes.

Assemble two sandwiches: bottom half of croissant, 4 half-slices of bacon, egg patty with melted cheese, 3 slices warmed ham, then top half of croissant.

Repeat previous steps to create the other two sandwiches.
