- ½ cup milk
- 1 loaf Texas Toast style bread
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
In a mixing bowl combine milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and cinnamon.
Use football-themed cookie cutters to remove the middle portions of each slice of bread.
BONUS: The remaining unused bread edges work great for Eggs in a Basket.
Dip the shaped bread cut-outs in the egg mixture.
Place on a non-stick griddle and cook for 1 minute on each side. Serve warm.
