What Is Naan?

Naan is a soft, pillowy Indian flatbread traditionally cooked at high heat to create its signature charred edges and bubbles. Its tender texture makes it an easy and flavorful base for pizza, especially in this Loaded Potato Naan Pizza.

This easy naan pizza recipe combines creamy cheese spread, shredded cheese, thinly sliced potatoes and bacon on naan bread for a quick, satisfying meal. Naan pizza is also easy to customize, so you can add your favorite toppings or use ingredients you already have on hand.

How to Make Loaded Potato Naan Pizza

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F. For easy cleanup, line baking sheets with foil.

Clean the potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork. Microwave the potatoes for about 5-7 minutes, or until fork tender. Allow the potatoes to cool enough to handle, then thinly slice them.
