- 1 (8-ounce, 8-count) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (12.5 ounce) can cooked chicken
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
-
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, for easy clean up.
-
Separate crescent roll dough in to 8 triangles. Gently press and shape dough, making triangles a little bigger and dough a little thinner.
-
In a medium bowl, mix chicken, barbecue sauce and cheese.
-
Spoon chicken mixture evenly among all 8 triangles, covering all but the tip of the triangle.
-
Roll up loosely, starting at the wide side and rolling to the tip. Place rolls, tip side down, on prepared baking sheet.
-
In a small bowl, beat egg. Brush each roll with egg.
-
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until rolls are a deep golden brown.
