Ingredients
- 1 8 oz, 8ct tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 12.5 oz can cooked chicken
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
Instructions
For the Barbecue Chicken Crescents
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, for easy clean up.
- Separate crescent roll dough in to 8 triangles. Gently press and shape dough, making triangles a little bigger and dough a little thinner.
- In a medium bowl, mix chicken, barbecue sauce and cheese.
- Spoon chicken mixture evenly among all 8 triangles, covering all but the tip of the triangle.
- Roll up loosely, starting at the wide side and rolling to the tip. Place rolls, tip side down, on prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, beat egg. Brush each roll with egg.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until rolls are a deep golden brown.
