Ingredient List
For the Pizza Quesadillas :
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 (6-ounce) package pepperoni slices
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
For the Pizza Quesadillas
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat. 

  • Spray one side of a flour tortilla with nonstick spray; place in hot skillet spray-side down. 

  • Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce in thin layer over entire tortilla. 

  • Arrange about 10 pepperoni slices on one half of tortilla. Sprinkle a few black olive slices over pepperoni. 

  • Sprinkle about 1 ounce of shredded mozzarella over entire tortilla. 

  • When cheese just begins to melt, fold tortilla in half over the pepperoni & olives. 

  • Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, or until bottom is golden brown. Gently flip quesadilla over and cook an addional 1-2 minutes. 

  • Remove to a plate or cutting board. Allow to cool about 3 minutes before cutting into 4 triangles. 

  • Repeat steps with remaining 7 tortillas. Serve quesadilla triangles with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.

    • You can omit the black olives, according to your personal preferences.
