- ¼ cup uncooked wheat kernels
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 (6-ounce) container plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- 2 medium apples, cored, chopped
- ½ cup halved red or green grapes
- ¼ cup chopped English walnuts

In serving bowl, stir together drained wheat kernels, sugar, cinnamon, mayonnaise, yogurt, vanilla and celery.

Cover; chill until ready to serve.
