Southwest Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients
- 3 cups grilled chicken, diced
- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 1/2 cup cilantro, minced
- 1 can black beans, drained
Instructions
For the wrap
- Combine chicken salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
- Pour dressing ingredients over chicken salad and mix well.
- To prepare wrap, add approximately ½ cup of salad mixture, sprinkle of shredded cheese and diced avocado to the center of a whole wheat tortilla. Fold tightly to form a burrito shape.
